What is the “Nintendo Switch every day with OREO” Promotion about?

“Nintendo Switch every day with OREO” is a promotion where the participant will be able to win 1 of 61 NINTENDO SWITCH during the promotion period.

People can participate by purchasing any of the following OREO products: OREO Original 36g, OREO Original 108g, OREO Golden 36g or OREO COOKIES AND CREAM 36g, that contain the 10- alpha numeric digit code on the back of the packaging, or uploading their purchase receipt picture with this products at the website www.oreopromo.com. To upload the codes or receipt purchased they must create an account in this site with the personal information requested.

The participant must keep the packaging containing the activated code or purchase receipt picture in good condition for eventual delivery in case of winning.

How can I participate in “Nintendo Switch every day with OREO”?

People can participate by purchasing any of the following OREO products: OREO Original 36 g, OREO Original 108g, OREO Golden 36g or OREO COOKIES AND CREAM 36g, that contain the 10- alpha numeric digit code on the back of the packaging, or uploading their purchase receipt picture with this products at the website www.oreopromo.com. To upload the codes or receipt purchased they must create an account in this site with the personal information requested.

Each participant can activate each code or purchase receipt just once. The more codes and purchase receipt picture you enter the greater chance you have to participate. Each code and purchase receipt picture entered is an opportunity to participate in the daily draws.

Prizes will be selected randomly. Winner will be chosen through a random computer-generated draw. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all entries and result in disqualification. If you enter using a mobile device, standard data fees may apply. What are the prizes and how many are they?

The promotion includes 61 Nintendo switches drawn biweekly during the promotional period and will be selected randomly on the following dates:

What is the promotion period?

The promotion starts on August 1st and ending September 30th 2024. The promotion will be valid and effective only within the country of Jamaica and will be governed by the laws of the country.

How are the prizes assigned to each winner?

Winner will be chosen through a random computer-generated draw. On a fortnightly basis, one winner will be selected per day from the total activated codes for the given day on the promotional website www.oreopromo.com The code registrations will NOT be cumulative.

Who can participate in the promotion?

Open to residents of Jamaica, 18 years of age and older as of August 1st. All employees of Facey Commodity / Seprod. - an authorized distributor of Mondelez Int, participating retailers, contracted promoters, and employees of participating stores (Promotional Parties) and also members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How do I get the prize?

Potential winner will be notified via telephone or email by Sponsor after the drawing.

If the code or Oreo purchase receipt picture is a winner the Sponsor, through a previously selected agency, will contact the potential winner via telephone or email to indicate details of the process to follow.

With the confirmation of the winner via telephone or email, the Sponsor or agency will contact the winner, within a maximum period of 5 business days, at the telephone number provided by the participant on the page www.oreopromo.com. The objective of the call is 1) to confirm the personal data previously entered on the page www.oreopromo.com. 2) to validate that the person has the packaging with the winning code or Oreo purchase receipt picture in good conditions and complies with the terms of the regulations; and 3) coordinate the delivery of the prize (date, address, time and person receiving the prize). Packaging with amendments, modifications, and any attempt to alter the code or Oreo purchase receipt picture participating in the promotion is not accepted.

The Sponsor, through its contracted agency, will deliver the prize within a period of 30 business days from the day on which the winner provided the data for delivery. If the address provided is not correct, the winner is not found or the person designated to receive the prize does not meet the requirements established in these regulations, the winner will have a second opportunity to claim their prize at the offices of the agency designated by The Sponsor, within a period of no more than 5 business days from the agency's first delivery attempt. If within this period of 5 business days the winner does not withdraw the prize, it will be considered withdrawn, the winner will be notified via email and the prize will be drawn again on the promotion page.

Each winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release ("Declaration") within seven (7) days of the date call or message is sent, or prize will be forfeited.

What should I present when I receive the award?

Winner must present: 1) original receipt showing the OREO product participating purchase, with visible number and date of receipt (must be a valid date during the promotion period) or the original packaging containing the winning code, within the promotion dates established to be able to redeem prize. 2) valid identification document and a photocopy from both sides or allow a photograph to be taken of the document 3) Allow The Sponsor to take a photograph receiving the prize and 4) Sign the “Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release” document.

If the winner fails to comply with any of the above requirements, the prize cannot be awarded. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the Declaration is not returned within the required time period, or in the event winner does not comply with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

Where will the secondary prizes and the final prize be awarded?

The prizes will be delivered to the location previously agreed upon by the winner and The Sponsor or agency, according to the communication made in advance for the validation of the information.
